To help us in that process, the Justice and Peace Commission of the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops has issued the 2011 Federal Election Guide, which explains the issues and encourages Catholics to vote with discernment. The Guide is available online, www.romancatholic.kingston.on.ca or follow the link on our parish website. If you do not have access to a computer, a copy can be obtained from the Diocesan Centre, 390 Palace Rd.

Easter Sunday
Easter calls us to celebrate the fact that the light of Christ has come into the darkness of our world providing us with hope for a future greater than we dare believe.
We are the builders or destroyers of our own destiny so let us make use of the power of Jesus to ensure that our life grows towards God.
This Eucharistic celebration provides us with an opportunity of renewing our commitment to Christ personally, by taking a fresh look at the life we vowed to lead.
