4th Sunday in Lent
In spite of our best resolutions the light of Christ is inclined to grow dim within us.
Jesus knows our weaknesses and he is willing to help us provided we come to him for healing.
Having been called to walk as children of the light we must keep praying:
‘Lord, that I may see.’

Easter Flowers!
We will be accepting donations towards the purchase of Easter flowers. You can make a donation in memory of a loved one and they will be remembered in our Easter Bulletin. Envelopes will be in the pews over the next few weeks and you are asked to place them in the collection basket no later than April 17th.

Confessions
During Lent Father Gillis will hear Confessions every Friday, ½ hour before Stations of the Cross.
There will not be a communal penitential service.
Complying with recent recommendations regarding the openness of penitential rooms, Fr. Gillis will now be hearing confessions in the penitential room at the back of the church

Joke
A counsellor was helping his kids put their stuff away on their first morning in summer camp.
He was surprised to see one of the youngsters had an umbrella.
The counsellor asked, “Why did you bring an umbrella to camp?”
The kid answered, “Did you ever have a mother?”
