7th Sunday in Ordinary Time
Do we pray for those responsible for causing suffering, inflicting hardship and bringing unhappiness into our lives?
Christ’s message is one of forgiveness, pardon and generosity urging us to love others irrespective of whether or not we are loved in return.
The challenge is to decide whether hatred or love is the main motivating factor in our lives.

Joke.
My Four year old daughter, an animal lover, had been told how the fur on some animals changes colour with the season.
One day as her dad was bending down to tie her shoe, she observed his head of greying hair and exclaimed excitedly, “Dad, are you getting ready for winter?”
