Sometimes we need the “tough love” of our Heavenly Father to guide us back onto the straight and narrow.  In the Old Testament we see our God as a disciplinarian.  Yet, in the New Testament He sends His only Son as a kind and loving example of how He wishes us, His children, to behave.  If we can  change our priorities and our desires to be Christ-centred on a personal level, than we can be modern-day healers and reconcilers to those around us,  ultimately,  changing our world.
