Last week the
Da Vinci Code movie was released. As you know it is based on a very popular
fictional
novel, which has created new interest about Jesus and the Catholic Church. There will be a discussion
on the Da Vinci Code on Monday June 19th 7:30 pm in St Joseph’s Room.

Four Parishioners attended the
Archdiocesan Lay Faith Development Program meeting yesterday. Feedback in next weeks bulletin.
Usually in the Autumn & Winter Tuesday evenings our parish has some sort of faith program: “
ALPHA”;
“Knowing God Better”; Bible Study etc. We start again
in September. Let Father Shea know if you are interested.

Parish Prayer Network

Seniors’ Bridge will take
place again this summer, organized by Lois Halligan with assistance
from Helen Payne & Margaret Carey. The dates are: July 5th,
19th Aug 2, 16th. They begin at 11:30 am in St Joseph’s
Room. A delicious lunch is served. If any parishioners
would like to assist by making sandwiches or squares, please call Lois
