Holy Name Church Camp, July 10-14, Holy Name School, Ages 4-12: Theme: “Treasure Island: Where Kid’s Discover God’s Love”.  Information and registration forms are at the entrance of the church.

This week the Da Vinci Code movie was released.  As you know it is based on a very popular fictional novel, which has created new interest about Jesus and the Catholic Church.  There will be a discussion night on the Da Vinci code, Monday, June 19, 7:30pm, St. Joseph’s room.

Novena to the Blessed Virgin Mary will begin Thursday, May 25th at 2:00pm for nine consecutive Thursdays in St. Joseph’s room.  We will pray for special intentions.  Everyone is welcome.  Refreshments.

If you have ever been curious about Monsignor Raby House of the rectory where Father Shea lives, there will be an Open House to see both buildings on Sunday, June 11, 1:00pm-3:00pm.  Refreshments will be served in St. Joseph’s room.

The chalice we use for our weekday masses needs to be replaced.  A good chalice will cost approximately $800.  If anyone would like to donate a new chalice it would be greatly appreciated.

Parish Prayer Network each day over 50 parishioners pray for you.  They are our Parish Prayer Network.  They also pray for people in need & for special intentions.  If you would like to join the Prayer Network, or if you have an intention for the Prayer Network please call 546-0418.

C.W.L.  Thank you everyone who attended the Mother/Daughter Pot Luck.  It was a Baby Shower for Birthright -  - we raised over $600.00 for Birthright and many outfits, sleepers, bibs, diapers, blankets etc were donated as well.  Thank you everyone for your generosity.  There will be a wrap-up meeting before summer on Wednesday, June 7th   & we hope as many as possible will attend.

Holy Family Church & School will host their annual Spring Bazaar at the school (114 Wiley St.) On Wed. May 24th from6-8:30pm.  Games, pony rides, face painting, canteen, candy-floss.  Home-baking, plant, toy, candy, and books for sale.
