4th  SUNDAY of EASTER
April 17, 2005
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

There are people who travel with us through difficult times, those we rely on for strength, guidance & comfort. In Christian life, we model this role after Jesus Christ.  In our hectic lives many voices call out to us  - Jesus calls each of us by name.  At Eucharist our relationship with Jesus deepens and nurtures - the companion we meet here journeys with us forever - guiding, protecting & calling us forth by name that we might have life and have it to the fullest. On this WORLD DAY OF PRAYER FOR VOCATIONS let us pray that many will answer the call to a vo-cation to the priesthood or religious life.
