DECEASED OF THE SHANNON/HENSMAN FAMILIES
Fifth Sunday of Lent- March 25, 2007
“The Lord has done great thing for us; we are filled with joy”(Psalm 126)
If we are willing to confess our sins before Jesus he will fill us with joy and abundant grace for us to have the strength to resist temptation.
In today’s gospel, Jesus tells the adulterous woman “Neither do I condemn you.
Go your way, and from now on do not sin again.”
After our confession let us persevere to follow Jesus’s instructions.
